Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 11am. Late check-out may be available for an additional fee.


Complimentary breakfast is included with stays at the resort only. Breakfast orders must be submitted at check-in in order to be received for the next day.


Complimentary WiFi and cable are available at each property. WiFi instructions will be given at check-in.

For changes or cancellations to reservations we require minimum of 72 hours notice before day of arrival to receive a full refund. Changes or cancellations made without 72 hours notice will be charged the full amount.

Office hours are 9:00am to 9:00pm. Guests will be able to contact staff outside of regular hours via What'sApp.

All guests will self check-in. Access to the accommodation will be sent to the guests email on the day of arrival. 

All of our properties prohibit smoking indoors. Violations of our non-smoking policy will be met with additional fees for cleaning and sanitization.

Our properties welcome dogs only. The dog must be supervised at all times, cannot create noise disturbances, and cannot damage the properties in any manner. Additional fees will be incurred if it is determined that your dog has in any way violated these policies.

Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times, cannot create noise disturbances, and cannot damage the properties in any manner. Additional fees will be incurred if it is determined that your child has in any way violated these policies.


Only registered guests are permitted to stay at our properties. Any unregistered guests will be asked to leave immediately, if guests do not abide police involvement may be required.

Payment must be received at time of booking.

A secure payment link will be provided at time of booking, failure to provide payment will automatically cancel the reservation. 


Check-in and Check-out: What time is check-in/check-out? Check-in is 3:00pm Check-out is 11:00am.

  • Is early check-in or late check-out possible? Yes, dependent on availability and advanced notice.

  • Can luggage be stored before check-in or after check-out? Yes, can be stored securely at our reservation office.

  • How do guests check-in? Guests use self-check in. Check-in credentials will be sent to their phone or they can be given a numeric code to unlock the door. 

Resort Facilities:

  • What recreational facilities does the resort offer? We have an onsite executive golf course. The lake is a two minute walk for swimming, water sports, and fishing. 

  • Are fitness center or spa services available? No but there is access to a private beach 5 minutes away.

Dining Options:

  • What restaurants are on-site, and what cuisines do they offer? No but breakfast is delivered (included in resort stay) and we have two restaurants 10 minutes drive offsite (Churchills and Arugula).

  • Do I need reservations for off-site dining? We recommend a reservation for Churchills, walk-ins accepted at Arugula.

Transportation and Parking:

  • Is airport shuttle service provided? No but it can be arranged on request.

  • What are the parking options and costs? There is free parking available.

  • Are there local transportation services available? There are local taxis available.

Payment and Booking:

  • What is the cancellation policy? We require 72 hours notice before day of check-in to receive full refund.

  • Are there additional fees or taxes? HST is included in the price.

  • Can I modify my reservation after booking? Yes but we require 72 hours notice before day of check-in.

Special Requests:

  • Can I arrange for special occasions or celebrations? Yes, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. 

  • Are pet-friendly accommodations available? We have dog friendly rooms. No other pets are permitted.

  • Can the resort accommodate specific accessibility needs? Yes, we have accessible accommodations available. 

Wi-Fi and Connectivity:

  • Is Wi-Fi available, and is it complimentary? Yes it is.

Are there business center facilities for work-related needs? There is a boardroom style meeting space. 

Security and Safety:

  • What security measures are in place? There are onsite security cameras. Guest rooms are self-secured with digital locks. Only registered guests are permitted on the premises. Staff are available 24-7 to assist. 

  • Are there safety deposit boxes in the rooms? Not at this time. 

  • How can guests contact security or emergency services? Staff can be contacted via WhatsApp, emergency can be contacted at 9-1-1.

Feedback and Assistance:

  • How can guests provide feedback about their stay? They can email our management or provide feedback at time of reservation to our staff. 

  • Is there a dedicated guest services desk for assistance? Yes there is open from 9:00am until 9:00pm.

  • What is the process for addressing concerns or issues during the stay? Guests are to contact staff at anytime via WhatsApp.
