Policies

At all of our establishments, we pride ourselves on providing friendly and attentive customer service to ensure that your experience is as delightful as possible. Our accommodations are clean and modern, designed to meet all of your needs and exceed your expectations. We continuously work to improve our properties, we invite any constructive feedback to foster our continued growth and development. Please address any questions, concerns or compliments with our staff. We offer guests a variety of convenient features such as complimentary WiFi, ability to check-out late, direct reservation booking online, self check-in etc. Please be sure to read and follow all of our policies to ensure that everyone continues to experience our properties with maximum enjoyment. 

Our office is open 24 hours daily. Reservations can be made directly online anytime by visiting our website, reservations can also be made via phone 705-713-0111 or email info@terracesuites.ca. Reservations that are made online automatically receive a 10% discount!

Customer Service
Guest Information

Check-in is at 3:00pm and check-out is at 11:00am. Breakfast is included with resort stays only. To receive breakfast, guests must complete the breakfast menu selection form and put it in the menu box in the main building of the resort. Guests are to be quiet between the hours of 9:00pm and 9:00am to preserve the tranquility of the area. Only registered guests are permitted to stay at our properties. Any unregistered guests will be asked to leave immediately, if guests do not abide police involvement may be required.

Fees and Services

Late check-out and early check-in are available for an additional $25 fee but is subject to approval and by request only. Extra cots are available by request only and subject of approval, there is an additional $25 per cot. Guests may bring up to two dogs with them, there is a $30 pet fee and guests must request dog friendly rooms and are subject to approval. Any damage sustained as a result of a guest will be charged to the credit card on file. Damages fees can range from $50-$5000 depending on the nature of the damage. Guests that use our emergency WhatsApp for non-emergencies will be charged a $50 non-emergency fee. 

Payment

We accept all major credit cards. All reservations require payment at time of booking. Guests can cancel without penalty with 72 hours or more of notice from day of arrival and receive a full refund, any cancellations that do not provide 72 hours or more will be subject to a late cancelation fee which is 100% of the total cost of the reservation. Guests must be at least 18 years of age to reserve a stay. Any extra fees or incidental charges incurred will be charged to the credit card on file. 

Amenities

Guests can use the outdoor firepit but are required to sign a form of accountability ensuring that the extinguishing of any flames or embers is accounted for by a person designated a responsible for the firepit use. Guests can use the executive boardroom but are required to sign a form of accountability ensuring that the boardroom equipment remains in place and that the room is locked appropriately when no longer in use.

Check-in

Guests will be emailed a 4 digit numeric code the day of their reservation check-in. Guests are able to check-in anytime from 3:00pm until check-out. Check-out is 11:00am. Late check-out and early check-in are available by request only with an additional fee and subject to availability. 

Pets

Guests are able to bring up to 2 dogs with them for their stay, cats are strictly not allowed. There is an additional $30 fee for dogs. Guests must request dog friendly rooms upon reservation and are subject to approval and availability. Dogs are to remained on leash while on the property and are not to be left alone in any room. Any damages resulting from the stay of a dog will incur damages fees which range from $50-$5000 depending on the nature of the damage. Damage fees will be charged to the credit card on file.
